ROWP - Registered Onsite Wastewater Practitioners

Practitioners who have successfully met the requirements for registration with ASTTBC and have been granted the title Registered Onsite Wastewater Practitioner.

A Registered Onsite Wastewater Practitioner (ROWP) must adhere to the standards described in Standard Practice Manual.

The Policy, as recommended by the British Columbia On Site Sewage Association (BCOSSA) and accepted by the ASTTBC Practice Review Board, provides for a consistent, uniform approach for the role of the ROWP - to protect the interests of the consumer and public health.
